We currently use Royal Mail or Hermes to deliver our products .We offer our standard delivery services throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.

Options & Prices

Our UK delivery charges are:

FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £30
(Please note an order will not qualify for free delivery if a promotion code reduces the order total below £30)

Cartridge Offer – We offer a free delivery for compatible cartridges for a limited period- Use code “cartfreedel” at the checkout

Standard Delivery – £2.99 (Royal Mail 48hr)

Local Pick up – FREE-

Next Day Delivery – £4.99 (orders placed before 2pm)

Delivery Lead Times

Standard Delivery takes 2 working days and Next Day Delivery is for orders placed before 2pm. We do not currently deliver on Weekends or Bank Holidays and our lead times are not guaranteed.

Overdue Deliveries

Please check the date of your order and the delivery service you selected. Your order is late if

You have ordered using a Standard service and it is 4 full working days since you placed your order

You have ordered Next Day before 2 pm the day before and your order has not arrived the following day

You have ordered Next Day after 2 pm and your order has not arrived within 2 working days

If your order is late our team will be happy to assist you further.

Returns and Refunds

Changed your mind or Order the wrong item

Within 30 days of receipt you are welcome to return any item for any reason as long as it’s in its original condition. Return postage is at your expense. Items can be returned for refund or exchange as you prefer. You do not need a returns number just package it properly and send it tracked and include a note of your order number and what you would like us to do

You Item is damaged or defective.
